Hello, I have an Unlocked LG F9200 which is made for cingular but i am currently using T-mobile on it. THe calls and SMS works fine on it but i cant seem to get AIM and Yahoo work on it. If anybody can help me reply soon please?

hey I just got the same phone today. I think it has to do witht he fact that is has a cingular Software. I can make calls, I can get and send SMS, but no data service fromt his phone. No AIM, YAHOO

Does anyone have the unlock code for either of these phones? I am trying to change a Cingular phone to T-Mobile.

umm yeah im in the same sitiuation you. did you find anything? i really need some help with this phone its suppose to be unlock but yet it has cingular settings on it? i bought it from ebay and yeah my phone company is t mobile

I had the same problem. I'm not sure where one is, but if you get a Monster pack that matches your carrier and your phone, put it into RSD lite and flash it on your phone. But be sure to back up or you'll lose everything you have.

I bought the same phone off ebay and wasn't told that it would be locked to the Cingular network. I know that there are currently other people with this same problem, except their phones are locked to a Fido network. I'm looking for somebody that I can do a trade with. My phone is brand new, I just got it today.

1) no one is going to know your unlock code offhand. That code is specific to each phone.
2) the aim program is carrier specific and so there's your problem. Since tmobile doesn't support any LG phones, you can't even flash it with tmobile software.

what he said. if the phone isnt made FOR tmobile, you cant do anything online with it. buy ringtones, aim, yahoo, so on.
