The problems I see is like the little old lady who uses her phone for like 11 minutes a month and they can't upgrade their plan because instead of paying like whatever 9.99 a month or like 19.99 a month they have to pay 39.99 for 450 minutes and they use their phone like less than 20 minutes a month.. what's the point?? Get a go phone where minutes expire all the time etc??

i know. i wanna tell them to upgrade, but they seem confused when i bring it up, but then you can't get a solution for them. it's tough.
