Recently I followed the motoguide for free up my memory on my razr v3.After that in p2k appear 2 mp3.One was uploaded by me and the second is the original motomp3 but in the phone menu on sounds the moto mp3 didn't appear.After free up I cannot access the ring syles details and motomixer.The "nice" part is that I forgot to back up before free up.I know,I know I'm stupid but please show me the fix.

Delete the two .db files in the audio folder and restart the phone
The motomixer you proabably deleted the *.bas files - motomixer doesn't work without those but not many people find it useful anyway. Thats why it says to leave at least one of the files if you want to use motomixer

I did but still cannot use ring style details.I cannot set up a ringtone for message for alerts etc.Just for calls.What should I do now?

Try a master reset.
If that doesn't work use motokit and apply the ringtone fix
