the rebates are processed by young america and have nothing to do with tmo call them to complain

Yeah, Young America handles like all of the cell phone companies, and even other companies like GM and PepBoys.

Just call general customer care and inform them that the rebates department will not file your claim. If the rep does thier job they are actually able to credit the rebate to your account. Just be patient with the rep because it is a lot of work to get one processed in customer care. They will have to call Young America to verify that one was offered and check your IMEI numbers, order history etc. But customer care is happy to take care of it. It's all in the matter of asking for the right thing.
