I have a Motorola V635, I love the phone but it is kinda slow at times and it also loses signal in some buildings where other phones on the same network have 80-100% signal
Can flashing the phone with another software help me and if yes please direct me to the file I need to use.
I was reading some other posts and I understand that you need PST to do this and I also saw some instructions.
I am willing to try flashing as long as I have the right files
Thanks in advance

I have a v635, and to be honest it's not the greatest phone I've had. I've flashed with many different firmwares and they are all slower than virtually all other moto phones. The signal thing I've never had a problem with since I switched to a full metal nub antenna.

Well you can see which firmware I have on my V635 in my profile. You can search for these files on google, or go to MotoModders, and if you really get stuck, send me your email and I'll send them you.
One other thing, BEFORE you flash, what fimware do you have at the moment?

Right, ok. This is VERY important. You MUST flash to either 6CR or 6DR, followed by 6FR, otherwise you will brick your phone. Once at 6FR, you can flash to 88R, or 90R (I've never used 90R, keep meaning to flash to it, but haven't seen the point).
I know for a fact 88R is stable, with good reception and battery life, so go for that one. Just remember what I said before. It will take a while but it's better than a dead phone.

Just Download this file R474_G_08.48.88R_reflash_InDesign.rar
What does the reflash_Indesign part mean
Is the file clean - - do you know?

Right, first of all you will need a 88R Monster pack. You flash that first THEN the reflash. the InDesign bit, is just the guy who first found the firmware and created that flash. The file is clean, it's the one I used
