I Just got my nokia 6820, i recieved it used. I got it cheap, so i dont want to take it back. The phone is fine except for one thing, it wont charge. It hasnt been damaged or anything to my knowlage, and its in good physical condition. Is there anything i can do to try to fix it?

Try another battery.
If it still doesn't charge the phone is broken and you know why it was so cheap...

I have the same problem. I bought the phone used after having my last one stolen and to avoid having to join and sign up for 2 more years with cingular after they bought ATT. After having it 6 month it suddenly wouldn't let me charge the battery. I have many chargers so i worked out it wasn't that. It obviously knew I wanted to charge and registered the power when I plugged it it, it just said "not charging"
I bought a new battery and it charged fine after that. I have since dropped it hard again (I think I dropped it on the ground before it failed the last time) and I have the same problem. I don't know if its the drop or whether it was not working before I dropped it but I will buy a new battery again and see. I have a suspision that the battery cannot take a drop and fails after one. Guess I'd better stop dropping it.
The first battery was legit Nokia. The new ones I have are not. I don't think it makes a difference as both have failed. Maybe when I drop it the phone shorts the battery out? I don't know.

take it easy on the phone! don't drop it! it might caused the battery 2 malfunction because these phones aren't very capable of taking a hard shock of droping
