personally, i like the d807 'cause it's thinner than the SE and the SE only has 256 built-in memory. the d807 only has 18, but it does have expandable memory.

Ya i agree that the d807 looks alot better than the w600 but to me it loos like the SE has a lot more features than the d807. Im not sure if this is true so correct me if im wrong.

Both are good phones, but it depends on what you want. The D807 has expandable memory. But it doesn't have IR, PCSync, USB connection, FM Radio, flashlight, etc. The W600 has what the D807 doesn't, but is limited to 256MB.

Be sure that your local Cingular still carries the w600i. I bought mine 2 weeks ago, and just yesterday I spoke to a Cingular rep who told me I was lucky to get one at all because apparently SE stopped making them at all?
The SE site still has it listed though, so I dunno. He said people have been going nuts looking for the w600i...
For what it's worth, I LOVE my w600i.
It:
-takes great pictures, and having the flash helps in low/no-light situations.
-speaking of the flash, it doubles as a flashlight, and is super bright.
-ringtones play SO beautifully
-battery lasts really well
-I have added themes, and pictures, and ringtones, and songs, and I've still only used less than 20MB.
-webpages are shown as you would see them on a computer. Graphics and all (you can turn that feature off though)
-I can even do a google image search on my phone!
-ringtones not only play beautifully, but they are nice and loud, and the vibrate function is pretty strong (I've had my phone in a messenger bag, in an outside pocket, and I still felt it when I got a call.
-calls are crystal clear
-the radio is pretty clear too, when it's on the exact station
-if you receive a call while listening to the radio or mp3s, it pauses the music automatically so you can answer the call, and once you hang up, it resumes from where it left off
-aesthetically, I think it's a beautiful phone
-changeable face plates! You can get one for every mood!
-the internet loads super fast
-dedicated keylock button. too freaking cool.
-in "locked" and "standby" mode, you can press the volume button and it'll bring up a white screen with the time (in black)... that screen also shows if you've missed a call, or gotten a text message, or something like that. It seems like a small thing, but personally, I like to keep my phone's keys locked unless I'm actually making a call, and being able to check for missed stuff without unlocking the keys is great.
I could go on and on.....

YA i agree the w600i has a ton of feaures and looks good. The only reason that i like the d807 is cause it looks very nice and I thought it had most odf the same features but i guess im wrong so i think im gonna go with the w600i if i can get one. I was in orlando about a month ago and the had them an its still on the cingular site so i dunno.

It's still available right now. It was way cheap a while back, when there was an online offer of $49.99 with online discount & mail-in rebate. But its still going for $99.99, so that's still a great deal.
