Hello Gentlemen;
Im a newbie here, I unlocked my V3 using an online service MotorolaUnlocker hosted by Mobilefun, before I ran the unlocking feature, I made a backup of my phone, which it created a 32MB file, though no extension was saved with it.
After toying with the phone bit, I found that the voice tags no longer work, as well as several minor features.
So I want to put my phone back to where it was assuming the backup I made will contain everything the phone had prior to the Boot loader downgrade (initially my phone had BL 8.26) So which program can I use to restore the backup to my phone? and where do I get it?
I have PST but since the backup file does not have an extension, the thing doesn't recognize it, and I assume it is incompatible with the MotorolaUnlocker software that made the file anyways.
Any help I can get from you pros?

As for the backup - I don't know the service you used at all - try contacting them.
Also restoring would most likely relock your phone.
Can you be more specific about the problems you have got? Its likely a monsterpack would help but there may be a less drastic way

Thanks for your reply;
I actually dont care that it will relock the phone, I will be in a position to get hte subsidy code from the supplier I bought it from by the time I get back home, as for the glitches, if i try to make a voice activated call, or voice tag as I beleive it is called, the phone shuts off and on, and in the end the voice tag doesnt work, it says it can not find it, which leads me to beleive the feature was somehow disabled by the BL downgrade.

BL downgrade makes no difference.
Try deleting the files in the phones vavr folder and restart the phone

They are the voice activation / voice records on the phone. Deleting them and rebooting will ensure they are not corrupted
