My black V3 RAZR's keypad is frozen. The only key that is working is the on/off key. My contacts are all stored on my phone. I have a USB cord, is there any way to get the contacts off the phone without using Motorola Phone Tools?
Is there any way to fix the problem without getting the phone replaced?? thankss.
