i wish i could say it was a slow day here we are getting hit hard and fast. It doesn't h help when we have three new hire classes takeing there first calls today and slamming tech with questions

we got people here that don't even try to fix problems after i've exausted my pitiful skills I then get them to tech support.. (liek put their sim cards and imei's correctly in system. call the customer service number that the customer's can call to reset their voicemail etc.)
