"From main screen press OK and then the number 0 seven times (you’ll see a series of question marks disappear). Then scroll all the way down and press #11 (Music Setting). Finally, choose My mp3"
I tried doing this and there is only 10. There is no music setting on my phone. Anybody know why? Someway around it? Thanks.

I think it's because you have not yet fully enabled mp3s on the phone. Have you done both steps?
From pg. 1 of this sticky -
Step by step to enable mp3: Two part process.
To enable outside phone buttons to play mp3:
From main screen press OK and then the number 0 seven times (you’ll see a series of question marks disappear). Then scroll all the way down and press #11 (Music Setting). Finally, choose My mp3.
To get MP3s to play, including ringtones – Press OK (Menu) and go to Settings and Tools, press 5 (phone settings), press 2 (shortcut key), press 5 (play key), and choose my mp3s.

I press okay and when I scroll down there are only 10. There is no #11 for (Music setting) When I go to the phone settings I press 5 but it is not my mp3's it is "restore default settings" option only.

Then you still have to follow the first step Rever mentioned.
OK, look. Close your phone.
Open the cover.
You should only see your splash screen with no commands open.
HIT THE OK BUTTON
PRESS THE 0 BUTTON.
You will see ??????
HIT 0 UNTIL ALL QUESTION MARKS TURN TO STARS.
Hit the UP button on the wheel one time. This will get you to #11 music settings immediately.
Hit OK and enable MP3.
Hit ok then close your cell phone.
Now go to phone settings and change your shortcut key to mp3.

It should be quite quickly - within a few minutes.

I tried this again, but it happens again. I do not have #11 as an option for the music settings!!!
