After I followed the tutorial on how to get 9-10 mb on my razr, the phone works great and all but today I realized....nothing happens when I get text messages or any type of message or reminders. Is there a way to get a couple of the sound files back or even just one to alert me when I have messages? When I go to ring styles and then loud detail it just kicks me back out since I only have mp3's now on my phone. Please help! -Nate

delete "MyToneDB.db" & "TempToneDB.bd" in /a/mobile/audio then restart phone. Now you should be able to get into ring details without being kicked out.

That didn't help. It keeps kicking me out because I don't have any alerts to play. I deleted them all as the tutorial said which left me no alert tones. I need to know how to get them back.

If you have a backup use p2kman to upload a couple ofsound files in audio folder, delete the two db files and power cycle phone (turn power off then on).
New db files will be created upon restart.
Not everything was set to silent when you deleted the sound files, that's why ring details kicks you out.
Ps: you can use your mp3 as ringtones. Do as I suggested before and make sure you turn phone off then on.
You can also use motokit 1.06 to fix ring detail.
