I've just opened this phone, and taking the picture.
But it said on the screen that "operation failed".
There is small picture of banned camera on the top of the screen also.
I don't know what happened. Could you help to guide me?

I've just bought for cellhut.com, and getting it yesterday.
But I don't know the camera does not seem working at all.
Maybe, I have to set something, haven't I?

I clicked the botton that supposed to get the picture from camera.
But I would not work. It said all the time that "operation failed (+stop sign)". and there is the camera picture which is banned with red line strip on the left top of the screen. If you could help, that would be great. Thank you.

More than likely you didn't do anything wrong, it is a defective item. Cellhut has a return policy of 7 days after receipt of merchandise in which you can return it directly to them. However, they have a restocking fee of 15%. After those days are up, you have to contact the manufacturer.
Contact CellHut immediately. You can also look up into the details of their return policy on their website.
