Hey, I just bought a new nokia 7210 from at&t and i have the usb U2 irda Infrared port and downloaded the pc suit 5....and i tried to upload some pic to my phone and it tells me that the operation has failed...can someone help me with this....and the phone dosen't seem to do anything when it's connected....if u guys can tell me the step how to upload the pic or something...it would be great thanks and how to download the rigntones...thanks a lot

u have to activate the IR reception on the phone go menu-12-1 then try

i already did that and it still dosen't work...when i open the pic in the pc suite do i have to mess around with it or just hit next and upload to the phone...

wouldnt know...havnt gotten my IR adaptor for my comp yet

you need to compress the image first using pc suite when you hit next pick your pic then hit next then select wallpaper the box that appears can be stretched but will only select an exact square once you selected the the area you want then you need to click apply then next and then you should be able to upload it to your phone as a jpeg or bitmap(jpeg pref uses less mem slightly degraded quality not really noticeable though) hope this helps
