My friend gave me her motorola razr & it worked fine for 24hours, then it turned itself off & when i try & turn it on the keypad lights just flash on and off. I've tried letting the battery run out then putting it back in. Is it locked? None of the buttons seem to work? Please help xxx

What has been done to it?
Have you tried removing the battery for a few minutes (at least 5)?

battery might be out, same thing happen here but i forgot to charge it for 3 days. try to charge it and see if it will come on.

Thank you for the advice, I've since found out that my friend was orange and I'm vodafone so maybe it's locked?? Will try the battery thing, thanks again! xxx

ok so ive had my motorola v3i for about a month, to day i put my phone on vibrate, set it down, when i came back it was turned off. I tried turning it on but the keypad keeps flashing on and off, the screen doesnt turn on, what can i do????

are you joking??? yes i have charged it about every day, i went and put it in my coat and when i came back it was off so i tried turning it on but the keypad just kept blinking about evey two seconds and wouldnt turn on, i tried my friends battery and sim card but NOTHING works.
P.S. i wouldnt make a post unless i felt it ABSOLUTLY necessary.

Try removing the battery for a few mins.
I assume you have not modded the phone at all?

ok ive tried that and nothing, same thing, no phone is not modded, its a v3i with itunes, directly from motorola non branded
