 Im really puzzled with what to do with my new phone. I have had it a week and i dropped it the once, not even that bad but as soon as i piked it up and opned it its just a white screen. Thers no damage to the screen it just displays white. The back screen works fine and so does the rest of the phone. The shop i went to said it cud be the software..... how do i fix it. Sorry if this has been asnred before but id appreciate someone's help plz

If it worked fine till the drop and straight after it stopped working I doubt its software. You could try a monsterpack but I really doubt it will help.
Try taking it apart and checking the cable for bad connection / damage. Else it must be the screen itself
