How lond exactly have you had your phone, there must be some way to take it back and get a refund, what about your statutory rights, i'm sure you have within 14 days of purchase to take back the phone and ask for a replacement one with WI-FI and 3G was it, failing that look for a fault on the phone that you are not happy with, be nice to them you should get what you want, failing that go and seek some Leagl addvice but don't leave it to long dude, act now lol.
