I use Bell Mobility in canada and i roam on the Sprint PCS network and i've never had a single dropped call. I havent personaly tried out the other companies, but the people that i know that have sprint tell me its amazing coverage and great service, while people with t-mobile complain all the time about shitty coverage and dropped calles, and also cingular. Verizon is also very very close to Sprint. CDMA is a much better technology to use, more calls per tower, clearer reception and broadband speeds. Thats just my 2 cents, if i ever move down, Sprint will be the way to go.

yea no, Trying coming down here to Oak Grove, Verizon is Non existent. My Onstar system on my Tahoe that uses Verizon towers doesn't even work. And GSM is as secure and safe.

Verizon merged with MCI-WORLDCOM you idiot. Cingular has gained about 40 million Customers in the last 7 years.

Cingulars churn rate isnt much higher than Verizons and their network is just as secure. They are both digital. Especially 3G.

you are dense, man. "Network" refers to the network of cellular relay towers that provide coverage. So, a larger network means more towers and better coverage. You were close with reception. Also, it's foolish to judge a company's quality by what they claim is true on their own website. You need to check 3rd party sites. Anyone can claim they're #1.
