I recently flash my v3,after flash my phone is not responding but when i plug in the computer software tends to be able to connect to it but unable to flash so after much research i use the motorola repair studio and try to fix my phone using the repair mode, seriously it was a bad decision and now my phone not even able to boot into the bootloader mode and when connect to the computer it just said device not recoginize. Now when i press the on button only the keypad seems to response with the backlit other then that is totally dead,No screen no bootloader no nothing.

Repair studio has screwed up your PDS if you didnot make a PDS backup of your phone (unique to a phone so nobody elses will help) you will need a smartclip to fix it. Look around the forum for a post by Old Fool and send him an email - he can help.

I am looking for any help. i will try to explain.

just bought v3 last monday and on friday the battery died ( should not be a problem) but when i went to charge it . it would not chage nor would it power up.. i press the power button and the keypad lights up for about 4 secons then turns off. then lights up again when i let go of the power button. i have read several things in forums and tried them all.. pulling battery for 20 mins. holding power for 2 or mor minuts nothing seems to work.. i have read to check to see if you can get to boot loader.. i am not sure what this proves and would like to understand better.. however i AM able to see the boot loader it shows loader 08.26 and sw version R374_G_0E.42.10R_A Battery OK ok to program connect usb data cable.

however this is as far as i get. the phone will not turn on. this phone is one week old i have not attemped any fmodding on this phone. nor have i dropped it or gotten it wet... please help.. does this sound like a hardware issue or do you think i can be revived?

thank

ok i spoke to soon.. the phone does come on now. however now it will not charge icon_sad.gif ok here is what it does

if i power it on with the wall charger it comes up with "unable to charge" on the screen.

but if i power it up then plug it in. i cant see any animation that it is charging.

i get the same results weather i use the wall charger or usb to pc charger.

it did not do this before the failure. so i asume that this may be caused by software please help.

thank again.
