The phone itself only supports .3gp and .rm video files.
You can convert you video files with the help of the Multimedia Player of PC Suite.
Or you buy Smartmovie, it's a DiVX player for the phone but the video files stil need to be converted to fit the screen and reduce size.

Yes, that one. But when you use the Multimedia Player to convert files (open file, select "save as") be sure to set the size to unlimited in the window where you have to give the new file a name.
But the quality won't be to good.

I'd prefer SmartMovie over the PC Suite converter because it's more powerful...much smoother. Try these settings.
Landscape
Reduce Frames: ON
Codec: XVID
Video Bitrate: 96 kbps
Audio Enabled
Force Mono: ON
Frequency: 16000 Hz
Audio Bitrate: 24 kbps
But then you can always play around with the settings for optimal use.
