Im not talking about T-Zones when you can just get ringtones or wallpapers. I mean like web page browsing, they would make so much money if they charge a dollar a day like boost, and a few others. My friend has GPRS in his phone and because its a contract he only pays 5 bucks a month. If they would charge a dollar a day they would get 4X more from prepaid users than the contract people. Anyone know if were going to have GPRS anytime soon?

Hi,
I believe we are working on GPRS web browsing for the future for prepaid customers. it is not available now though. Please call 1877-778-2106 to find out when this will come out.
We appreciate your business and thank you for choosing T- Mobile!
Sincerely,
T-Mobile Customer Care

I called them, and they said they could not tell me anything at this time. Is there anyway you can find out and get back to us. I really want this because I have prepaid, and T-Mobile will make more money.
Like I said for a contract user internet is 5/month if they charge us a dollar and we use it all month long thats 30/Month for them. Do you understand what I mean?

I was playing around on my phone (V330) and I was able to access some of the My Email section of T-Zones so maybe they really are working on it...

Wait, I tried to do that but was unable. Tell us exactly how you did it after pressing the web browser key.

Well, on my phone i have a section under my menu call 'Get More'. Under that i have a section for My Album, Games, My Email, and etc. i click on my email, and every time it tells me "We apologize, your login was unsuccessful" and to Try Agian. I click on try agian and it always loads up the My Email section. It wont allow me to access any section except for the Yahoo!Mail section, and from there I can access my Yahoo mail, games, get directions, the weather and so on. It wont show any of the graphics though... the exact URL of that section is http://wap.myvoicestream.com/deck2?link=email&usertype=2

Oh man thats so sweet. My phone does not have the "get more option" but I type in the URL you posted and it works. Thanks a million. One more thing though, how do you get games, get direction, and weather? I dont see where it says that....
Wait nevermind I was browsing thourgh and saw the options. Again man thanks a million.
Edit: Too bad we cant get movie times on it, oh darn.
Note: Also does anyone have any idea when prepaid users will have actual gprs like to browse websites? I called them and they said they could not tell me anything because they said they did not know anything.

No problem man. I was excited when I found that. Tmobile claims that they where working on more options under tzones for prepaid users but I remember hearing that for over 4 months when they where talking about opening up my tmobile for prepaid users so who knows.

Then, maybe having the URL for whatever site you needed, and you could URL surf?

Actually you still can't. Yahoo for some reason is the only available section under the My Email section. I really just got lucky finding this url, I'm really doubting tmobile was planning on opening it up anytime soon for prepaid users.
