Hi, got an z1010 does not power on,however this phone does charging the battery and the red led is light up when charging.Any idea to recover this phone?i do have setool and sonic box for cable i'm using a drs-11 serial cable.

A problem with the phone. Could hardware issue...could be software issue...don't know. That's why bring it in for repair so that they can diagnose the problem .

I bought this phone from uk,currently in singapore so i do not know whether sony ericsson in singapore will help me figure this out.I'm willing to pay for the repair charges,but wondering anyone here can figure this out so i can save all this trouble.As a matter of fact,i just charge this phone over night then the next following day i became dead.sigh~~

never put your sony ericsson phone on charge for a whole night.
sure they will help you and if not offer them a fee for repair.

yup! turns out the a/c was toast by droping the phone. also the battery got dead.

There should be some kind of power cut in the phone circuit which prevent it from toast,what the heck.
By the way bad boy what do you mean by a/c was toast?and is there anyway i could test the battery whether it is damage?

no the ac is an internal power circuit. you cant fix it.
