Oh well...tomorrow i will change my samsung for Ericsson T616....
i have try...but i really can get use to software design of the phone...
i have ask question that no one know the answer to (or care?)...
i really love my old samsung but i cant belive the poor design and the poor customer servise of samsung...
i wrote them and ask them about my concerns...

so this is the conversation....

-------------------------------
As stated previously, this is the design of the phone and there is no "fix" for it.

Thanks

What you want to say with that?
unhappy customer should be problems to samsung...
i would be happy if i could just mute the ring and see the phone number

I just bought my cell phone and I’m very disappointed with it. I don’t know if there were flaws in the system implementation or not but there are several things i find necessary, but they are not there. First is a mute button, sometimes i need time to answer the phone and just rejecting the call is not the solution. I need to know the phone where my contact is calling me, not just the name. Why to have multiple phones in a single user when you cant use the info. This last thing also go to the call list of incoming and missed calls...i need to know if there is a way to solve this problems...I will change the cell phone next week if i cant solve the problem. Thanks for your time.

----------------------

well aparently they are using monkeys as head designer of the software department...

samsung need to start improving their software or the will start loosing customers...

they have just loose a couple customers in my office....

ONE FINAL TRY....

does anyone have a S300 witgh flash that can tell me if they address the issue of the caller id (just name and no name + phone number) and the ringer to mute?

thanks...

Joel

But....

can they mute the ringer (not just send the person to the voice mail or put the celphone to vibrate...)
can they see the phone number of the contact (plus the name) on the caller id ?

if thats the case i will stay with the phone...
i really love the hardware design of the phone...but i prefere functionality over looks ....
