HI
i have an v3im
flex gspslqat667dy081
software r47a_g_08.d8.38r
i have reflash it with an r479.... it is a v3i firmware, now i have reflash it with
R47A_G_08.D8.35R.sbf
R47A_G_08.D8.67R.sbf
R47A_G_08.D8.85R.sbf
but don't work start the phone with the motorola logo and later it extinguishes
what i can do????
i flash it whit pst lite 2.5
someone tell me that i must rebuild pds but i don't know what is it!!! and how I do for rebuild it?

I brings it in a cellular service but with the smart clip he doesn't succeed in restoring the pds.
on the screen writing goes out "critical error 80 40" when it restores the pds for r47a firmware

The guy in that service center is a moron, he need to test point be for he can rebuild the PDS.
I have fix over 40 fones with this problem.

Hi my v3i is showing critical error - fatal error on the screen. i have pics and videos that i need to retrieve what are my chances? If possible is this something you can fix?

for a few days before seeing (critical error/fatal error), I was getting a blank screen everytime I turned on my phone as I closed the flip top to switch phone off everything came back to normal and I was able to use the phone. note: I was also getting message 'boot loader' in white lettering with a flickering black screen
the day before seeing error report, the phone was freezing or going to a white screen irrespective of whether I turned it on or not or was in the middle of dialling a number.
I assumed the battery was not holding the charge so the same night I left it on charge overnight without turning off phone as it froze again.
In the morning I got a continuing flashing black screen with the error message on.
Any ideas?

Hi
I've had the same problems...after flashing my V3i with Monster Pack R47A...(and yes it is the itune version handset, so I think I've got the right flashing software)...
What happens now is that when you power the phone on the "Moto" logo comes on for about 2 seconds then the unit shuts down.
I can still get into the Boot screen when I hold down the * and # and the power button and it says the following
Boot Loader
0A.30.
SW Version:
R47A_G_08.D8.85R
OK to program
Connect USB Data Cable
Can anyone help please...thanks

What software you use to flash it with? try RSD 2.7
Do not use laptop
Do not use front USB use the back panel USB
Try again this time use R74A.....67r

Hi...
Tried R47A_G_08.D8.67R using RSD 2.7 and it flashed OK however it still won't start up for more than 2 seconds...so what should we try next ?
Boot Screen now says
Boot Loader
0A.30.
SW Version:
R47A_G_08.D8.67R
OK to Program
USB Transfer Mode (with cable plugged in to PC, I don't have a laptop)

Your PDS is corrupted or damage and need to be repair.
To do this\ you need to have smart clip or ultima box to repair PDS after test point it
