LG 8300 with the VZN Music kit

i try to sync up and it keeps trying to find another driver for the phone it looks for a v cast mobil phone driver

i can manualy find the driver but after i do it crashes my computer

I too have a major issue with the Essentials Kit. My copmuter will see the phone for about 5 seconds then disconnect it. I can do it over and over but I can not get it to recognize long enough to "sync" anything.

Any ideas Y? BTW, Yes the driver was installed first and if your running XP PRO SP2 you don't even need it.

Maybe that is why it will not work. XP PRO deasn't need the LG driver but I put it in anyway. HMMMM

I will investigate further and post back.

I have the same problem. I just got the kit for the 8300 but when I connect it and sync music it only is connected for like 5 seconds then the phone says connect failure.

Anyone every figure anything out.

Help would be greatly appreciated

windows media player that's on the cd in the music kit install it i imported my itunes songs hit sync on media player pic songs to sync goto tunes and tones on phone goto sync#6 make sure you usb is in when you hit #6 button on phone it will work my songs work fine
