I dont know guys what do you think is going to be better. I think the Chocolate because the KRZR loooks like some toy or prototype of a real razr.

i am almost POSITIVE you won't be able to do that. ringtones are a multi-billion $ business now, not just from the carriers, but from all the record companies that license the songs, etc. there's no way people are going to let them slide for free anymore. sorry...

Yes, you can make your own or download premade .mp3 ringtones and then send them to your VX8500. I have done this already and it works great. So far the LG Chocolate seems to be fully customizable without needing to pay VZW fees.
