Further attempts to get rid of the bootloader screen I have been able to do a reflash with RSD 2.7 as well but no success in getting rid of the bootoader.
I guess my attempt to reflash with RSD2.7 was failed as a result of wrong P2k drivers.

Use RSD 2.5 anfd load it with R74A....67R MP then flash with it see if it get better

Still no luck with with 2.5 and R47A...67R.
RSD did not report any errors and comes to a PASS result and the phone switches off but automatically comes to bootloader. It shows the previous SW version R74A...35R

There is no ohter software that i know of except MSS.4 but that cost $600. You might have a hardwear failure I don't know.
I can test point then use smart clip repair PDS then flash it for you but i don't know if that will work or not.
This process is every much like wipe out everything and reprogram it, this should work, but if is not then surly you have harware problem ( flash chip damage)

It is a rare thing but it does happen, i have seen 3 of them , v300, V3i and v551 out of say roughtly over 300 fones that is have been fixed so far

I have this exact problem
I bought the phone from an authorised reseller, and do not want to lose the information on it. I have never flashed or modded it , i just downloaded some games from the recommended website, and the usb cable fell out. don't know if that caused it? (perhaps not), but thats when i noticed my phone black-screened.  Anyhelp would be wonderful. Maybe i have to reread the post again, but now its so late, and too tired to try finding any files 
edit: just reread part, flash damage? I just hope it is fixable. If not ... oh well.
