strange, after having the error all night, i take the phone in back to where i bought it, and he charged it quickly then turned it and the damn thing worked . so i took it home to charge, and it went between "charging" and the previous " Battery Low Cannot Program", but after charging a while the thing is working fine. weird. did nothing to fix it so ????

i don't think i'm going to like this phone.
b4 said incident occured, when phone was a week old, fully charged, i was in a doctors surgery, i came outside, the phone was completely dead. no message nothing, just dead. wouldn't turn back on. Weird because a rather large phone tower 4 the network i'm on is just about 3 or so house down from the surgery, about 6 from my house. I thought maybe the doctor's surgery had phone blockers in it and thats why the phone died, so didn't think much of it att. But my bf complains he has phone probs around there also.
Anyway fixed the phone by removing batter, reinserting than turning on.
i don't know if its a phone alot of ppl have problems with, but mine doesn't look to be too stable.

You have to get the phone charged before you can do anything. When that is done you need to try flashing a monsterpack using RSD Lite, if that doesn't work you may have a hardware problem or need to find someone with a smartclip to repair the phone

yep phone needs to be fully charged. (and can take an extremly long time just to do so)
i got so sick of mine i just took it back to the seller to reflash.
but its good to know i have the option of reflashing myself. this thing isn't going to be under warranty forever

as i found out, it will charge, it just might take an extremely long time (one of them took 8 hours), so best to leave it charging on all night) it will eventually charge.
