Hello,
I've experienced the same problem two days ago on my Cingular (unlocked) RAZR V3. Phone was turned off and when I turned it on, its stuck on the bootloader screen with the following message:
BOOT LOADER
08.26
SW Version:
R374_G_0E.41.C
3R_B
Battery OK
OK to Program
Connect USB
Data Cable
PHONE CODE SIG
35:02:
I've had the phone for almost 2 years now and it has never been modified and the unlock code was provided by Cingular. I've tried changing batteries, SIM Cards, removing everything and letting it sit overnight, etc. I don't really care if it ever works again, but is there any way that I can retreive the contact info? I would greatly appreciate any advice. Thanks.

I'm afraid its most likely a hardware issue. The only suggestion I could make is to flash a monsterpack but this most likely won't work and will erase anything on the phone anyway.

but what does it mean "to flash a mobile"? and how can i do that?
I sent a data from my PC to the mobile yesterday and now the phone is on boot loader 0.6.8.2 what can I do?
It's a motorola v3x

Hi im in desperate need of some help.i tried to flash some v3 firmware to my phone and afte everything was done my screen doesnt come on and my keypad light jus stays on .even when i take out and and put in the battery it jus goes off then the keypad light goes back on when the battery is back .i need help pleaseeee

I have a razr v3(G 8/9/18/19) And to be honest i'm a newb at flashing flexing and unlocking if it doesn't involve a code calculator,and even then i'm not that good,Buut i wanted to know if the battery dies during flashing will the effects be dire or is there still a way to salvage this fone,please say there is i got it for my birthday 2 months ago and i tried unlocking through flashing and now i'm at a total loss
