I posted it so you would know I wasn't talking out of my ass. And while occasionally there was an error in the system concerning Signal (and now Asurion) replacements, I had that many more who activated an old one because their phone got stolen, and when they should have been able to upgrade they could not, because of the old one that was activated. If I have to hear I'm sorry but we can't take care of your customer as good as the other companies can anymore then I already have, then I may find myself no longer one of the ones sticking up for Sprint as I used to, and seriously recommending all other carriers. Sprints plans are as good or better then anyones, but the customer service is so lacking that I went to a smaller carrier for more money just so that I could get taken care of better. Read all of my previous posts, I try and stick up for you guys, but I won't blindly support either.
It's pretty easy for a customer rep to dog on a dealer, but you only deal with them over the phone. I get pissed off customers right in my face evrey day, and while the don't always have a good reason to be mad, they are still here, RIGHT IN MY FACE. Can't hang up on that kind of abusive customer.
