Hi,
I'm looking for guidance on how to modify the alerts on my unlocked Razr. We recently bought it off of eBay after several frustrating interactions with T-Mobile and just inserted my old SIM card. However, now when I get a voicemail, the phone notifies me by sending a text message - "_@". When I call to check my voicemail, it sends me another text message that has an icon that looks like a skyscraper with a "@" after it. I tried calling CS and they said that there was nothing they could do because it is an unsupported phone.
Is there anyway to get the regular icons to work to notify me of voice messages? Or to at least eliminate the second text message that comes whenever I check my messages?
Thank you!!

I believe you need to flash the phone with t-mo firmware. post in the motorola forum for more options.
