Anyone who knows me here on Mobiledia knows that I do not have good luck with my cellphones. I've had a Motorola PEBl for just over a month now. I've loved it, and a swear it does everything!! Over the past few days I have noticed that my buttons do not make sound when pressed all time (they previosly beeped and made Touch tone noises when dialing, that sort of thing) but all of a sudden they only do it half of the time. I started looking at it tonight, and noticed that if the phone was open all the way, the buttons will not make noise, and the call audio quality becomes terrible, but if i pull the flip back just a little, so it isn't opened all the way, the buttons beep and call quality is fine. The speakerphone and ringer speaker (on the back of the phone) are not affected, and work just fine. What is causing this. Is the phone Jacked up, or is some setting weird. I Know T-mobile Does a warranty exchange if your phone is fauly, but i loose some of my information, and I've already had to do this with previous phone, before my PEBL. Can anyone help, or should I just call T-Mobile.

Just call Tmobile or better yet take it out to where you bought it if possible

If I puchased my phone online, I can just call 611 right. My parents both purchased phones at a local t-mobile owned retail store, could I try returning it there, or would I have had to purchase it there.

I called the store, they said that they don't accept any faulty phones. I have to call T-mobile and wait a week for a new hpone to arrive, the downside, T-mobile said the phone I'm getting may not even be a new phone, in most cases, A warrenty exchange phone is refubished or used in new condition. That bothers me a little since I payed for a brand new phone 2 months ago.
