Hello
Somebody has been tested the reception of MMS on V205? because it is rather odd...
sending MMS of SE P800 - > V205 - > ko (impossible to post the image)
Sending MMS of Nokia 3510i - > V205 - > Ok
Be an incompatibility of some mobiles?
Moreover, the sending of MMS of V205 towards an address email, it's KO.

actually i've tried my V205 sending MMS to emails, it's working. i can receive the message and the picture. but when i try to send MMS to Nokia 7210i and SE T68i, it's says that nokia 7210i and t68i cannot receive my MMS.

Ice Bomb, can you rcv MMS directly onto your V205?
I have the V205 in HK but can not send/rcv MMS. Can you tell us what settings you use/have?

overlord, i didn't try to receive mms to V205, i'll try it later, but i use the standard settings from T-mobile, by the way, anyone know how to send pictures with sound to emails?

Hi! Can I know what network u using now for your V205? I also use V205, i have unlock code, u can change the GPRS setting and can support MMS.

Using HKCSL, gsm. Phone is unlocked and have set the wap using *#wapset# (927738). Wap is ok, but can't MMS. Changed MMS settings using *#vsmms#. Can connect to the server but then I get msg "Forbidden. Try again?" Spoke to HKCSL, they say that because I have a parallel import not yet sold in HK, the IMEI of the phone is not in their database so I can't send or rcv MMS. Have you heard of this excuse before?

my V205 is Ok!!
Now i'm looking for a R225 data cable for flashing my V205 to V200, anyone know where can i buy it?? I can't find it on ebay

Just had a conversation with T-moblie tech support...
They just told me that there are current incompatibilities between sending photos from a V205 to other phones... in most cases it is not possible to send photos to another phone from a V205 unless you are sending it to another t-mobile V205. Hmmm.... They indicated that the only other current model that could recieve a photo from a V205 was a t-mobile Nokia 3650. However, they indicated no E.T.A. on the ability to send photos from V205 to NON-T-mobile phones...
Has anybody else spoken to T-movile Data tech support and heard differently? Or, has anybody had success sending a photo to another PHONE on another carrier???
