Hi
I have a D500 on Orange (UK) i flashed it yesterday to get rid of the orange branding but after the flash had finished i switched on the phone it started up ok but after i put in my pin the screen on the phone is just white. It's say 02 uk in red. I have no acess to the menu but all the shortcut keys work and i can make calls ok. I have since flashed it a further 3 time and have had no luck.
HELP!

Try a full reset *2767*3855# this will completely reboot the phone and reset it back to standard. Therefore removing all info that may be causing the problem (Left over from flashing)

You are a GOD! thats seems to have solved the problem. ive just gotta charge the phone up then try flashing it with the unbranded firmware.
Do you have any advice on what firmware is best for unbrandig? i live in the Uk.

Thts it all done now. unbranded firmware went in no problem.
