I knew I've forgotten something
There is no real keypad lock for S60 phone, but something similar:
Menu -> Tools -> Setting -> Security
You can set to autolock the keypad but you have to enter the security code each time to unlock it again.
The 3250 uses the pretty new Symbian OS 9.1 with S60 3rd Edition UI. There are only a few apps available for it yet.
There is a tool called KeypadLock available at Handango, about 5,49$. It does what you want. But you can expect, that the battery life might get shortend (I'm unable to tell if you will recognize it)

Than you've got the wrong version.
It need to be the one for S60 3rd Edition which ends with .sisx and not with .sis (and no, renaming it won't help).
Here you can get the trial:

Also, in my personal opinion: anti-virus programs for phones are useless. You don't need them. Especially not on the new S60 3rd edition... there are none yet.
Unfortunatly F-Secure removed its list of threats. But they ain't to be taken serious and ain't that much spread.
And if you download cracked programs and get a virus instead: you deserved it.

sisx indicates it is a certified app/game.
And also a good indicator for a app/game for S60 3rd Edition
There are several apps/games for S60 3rd Edition. But there is no way to tell if it will be compatible until you try to install it.
