i'm crazy or wha the hell is wrong with this moto v3??

hello everyone,,,,i'm so happy cuz i found this coooool forum for moto,,,i just bought moto razr v3,,,and got a problem,,,,it's like this:
i tried to transfer a mp3 ringtone to my moto,,,,but when i did via bluetooth software,,,,i recieved the file after recieving it,,,an error message appears saying "file not recognized" i heard about a program called MPT i've been told that this MPT is the solution but............ pleassssssssssssssse guys tell me how can i get this program and use it to make my mp3 ringtones work.........well i know so many solution in nokia i really need your help i just don't know anything in moto v3,,,,can anyone please tell me what to do exactly and i will own him for this....please....!
