I need a little help with my new LG chocolate. I got it today, and have managed to figure out most things, apart from the following-
How do I assign photos to a contact in the contacts section? I created a contact, filled in the details, and when it came to selecting a photo, although I had already taken one and saved it to my phone, whenever I tried to select one by pressing left or right, it says 'phonebook picture empty'.
Secondly, how do I transfer music into the MP3 section of my phone? I use the latest Windows Media Player, and I managed to connect the phone to my computer, and the sync was successful, but when I searched through my phone, I couldn't find the music I had transfered anywhere- not even in My Music.
Also, I've been using the little disk that came with the phone, which contains extra pictures and tones, and I connected the phone to the computer as before. But whenever I tried to transfer the files, in the section where it says port, it was blank.
Can anyone help me, please? As you can see, I'm not exactly technology savvy.

in every LG package must be.this is my second brand new LG and each of them has phone manager software

Do you mean the little disk that came with the package? I've put all of that on my computer, but most of the problems are coming from that disk.

to add a picture to a contact the picture must be taken in 72x72 format.
I have had this phone for three days and I find it totally crap.
You can not move files around unless its attached to the pc.
There are only 4 msg alerts.
cant choose mp3 for msg alert.
No memory card.
I cant find a speaker phone
The mesage memory is crap (150 texts)
hmm. 7 days cooling off period. i know what im doing. sending it back. SE on route. not too sure which one though.
the new one or the W810i
