Hey im new at this. I need the files to get my nokia phone working once again... I know it is a nokia 3586i. Type rh-44. They say it is a cdma.

Well my parents did pay the bill so it got shut off. I want to get it back up and running. I heard there is flash files or something like that to program it your self. Those are the ones i am looking for.

Flashing your phone on your own is forbidden by Nokia, their firmware isn't public domain.
And I still don't get it what you want...

I think u r trying 2 say that ur phone dont start? Is that it? And u want flash file? Why not u take ur phone 2 nokia service center.
