Hi,
I have Verizon Wireless. I'm looking for a new phone. The phone I have right now cannot simultaneously Vibrate and ring on Low; it can only Vibrate and ring on High. Are there any phones with the capability to do the former? I don't care at all about features such as MP3 or downloading or web or whatever.
Thanks!

Normally everys phone can ring on low while vibrating (except for this nasty Samsung phones which first vibrate and than ring).
You just have to adjust the volume of the ringer the profile.

Really? My old phone is an LG VX6000, and my new phone is a Motorola V325. For both of these, when I go through the ringer volumes, they basically go from "silent" to "vibrate only" and then actual vibration-less rings from low to high. Do you know how to make these phones do vibrate and low volume? This would be absolutely fantastic.

I just checked the manual for the V325. But I don't really get it.
Is says:
| Quote: | | In the home screen, press the down volume key to switch to lower call alert volumes, then vibrate, then alarm, and, finally, all off. Press the up volume key to cycle back from all off to alarm, then vibrate, and then to the lowest alert volume setting. |
From that, what I'm reading there it seems to be possible to lower the ringtone volume with it. Or am I asume wrong?
I've got no experience with this phone, but maybe if you post in the Motorola forum you might get better answers.

Stay away from the lg 5200 the phone stinks, I worked for a call center- let me tell you- the phones are pure crap. so on the bogo offers just to let you know they are normally the cheapest and the crapiest phones ever! I know its hard to belive but I NEVER got complaints for Nokia, they have updated thery're phones too. Samsung is also good, I'd steer away from Lg's and Moto's....just to let you ALL know.

Hard to vote against Moto for there signal, but lousy charging systems and batteries along with buggy operating software make it a tough choice. The Nokia's that I have usually had great signal, good battery life and charging, I'm not crazy about their menus, but I guess there is no such thing as a perfect phone.
