Hi DON and all the experts out there......
I'm a E700 user from Singapore and may I know if there's any firmwares out there that enables user to assign downloaded ringtones to a group?
This is one function that I'm dying to have.
Appreciate your time reading this and looking forward for your replies.
Thanks heaps!

I've tried all of the Samsung P400 firmwares and none of them work for me (phone just doesn't power on). However when I flash the Samsung P408PLUS firmware into my phone it works like a charm. So my question is there ANY way to be able to make the P400 firmwares work for my P408 and actually be able to power on?
I also know that the P400 firmwares posted on this site aren't corrupted or anything because I've opened them with Januka and actually seen the menu pics and heard the tones, so they are legit. I also have not found a single person on this planet that has actually flashed a P408 into a P400 so I'm just wondering if it's possible.
Plz Help if possible!

Don, after the winrar prob...
had flashed...all is well shown as well...
nevertheless, the phone can never be turn on
no matter how long i press or take the battery away for hours...
So does it means it's the end of the world for my phone?
Thanks.
Gary.

- Which Firmware?
- Which Optiflash?
- Which OS?
- Which Cable?
- And last but not least did you set your phone model as platform in the Options=>Settings=>Generic tab of optiflash?
Your phone isn't broken its just defect for a while.
After you have put back the battery don't push the on/off button to see if it turns on
