V20DXWK2 English, Indonesian, Malaysian
V20BOWC4 English, Dutch, Italian, French,Spanish, Netherlands, Svenska, Dansk, Portugese, Suomi, Norsk, Polski, Turkce, Magyar
V20BOWC4 and V20BODA1 are the same except for the DA1 is newer but they both start with BO.

I have noticed the latest Firmware for the V200 is the V20BODA1
This is a T-Mobile firmware, where can I get the latest firware that is not associated with any network?

hey is it very important to dump the tfs file? or does it only contain my ringtones?
and could i only flash the bin file without the tfs file?

Hi all!
First post and first help request, sorry !
I have an old "SGH-R210S" with firmware version R21AIVD5 branded TIM (italian operator) with a football player from Korea/Japan world football championship start animation (and a "Samsung Italia" logo).
Starting the phone it show on the screen "SGH-R210S" but on the IMEI sticker under the battery i've found these infos:
Type: SGH-R210S
NMU no. 424127
IMEI: ...........
SSN: R210SGSMH
...
...and "R210E" to the left of the S/N...
So which model do i really have: R210S or R210E???
I've also found 31 different firmware versions for R210S and 11 for R210E (all .axf files).
But how can i know which of these is the newest/best one (whit italian language and T9 and TIM network functioning)?
Not to mention...how to know which are the languages (for user interface and T9 dictionary) within...
Which flash program should I use to update my phone?

How to know T9 and user interface language within? I mean, before flashing the phone...
There is a "rule" to know the "cronological order" of all these firmare releases? It's a little bit confusing to have so many firmwares without a simple numbering method (For exemple: v1.0 - v1.0.2 - v2.3 - etc...).
Can someone help me and give me some info?

Its important to back it up yes cause it contains more than just the ringtones. And its not recomended to flash only the bin cause most of the firmwares are different.

You have a SGH-R210 the E or S is there for fun  or it indicates a function or something. Andyes there is a rule:
Example: your firmware R21AIVD5
R21 = R210
AI = Barndation/Country (TIM)
V = 2002 (Year) W = 2003 and D = 2004
D = April (Month) A = Januari B = Februari C = March it goes till L = December
5 = The number of builds that month
You can find out the T9 languages by opening the firmwares with a hex editor and searching for it.
