The guide on page 1:

which of the 2 Start buttons?? Nor Flash or Nand Flash???

If your battery dies before completing it would be a waste of time. Nor is the Bin and NAND is the tfs. Click them both (not at the same time). The NAND does not always work for some people so thats normal. And for some the whole Backingup fails that normal to. If it does fail to backup just download your version from the internet.
