Hey I was just wondering is Cingular planning anything like the Verizon IN service?? like user to user text messaging and picture messaging is free?? I am planning to switch to Cingular and I was just wondering if anything like that was in the works?

Nope costs 10 cents to send as well as another 10 cents if you recieve one.

Which sucks on the family plan, because I pay twice for messages to my family.

it may suck, but that's the way it is, and i highly doubt they will ever do that. at least not anytime in the distance future.
