can any one tell me how to make a nokia 6230i theme? whitch program do i have to use in order to edit or make my own theme?

There is a link to Nokia Series 40 Theme Studio.
That is the software you need, but currently the link doesn't work for me. Check for yourself, maybe it is just temporary.

I think that i should help u.
a lil info
Theme Studio v2.1 with support for Nokia 6230i . With it you can create your own custom themes (.nth files) and can customise:
Wallpaper
Menu Background
Colour Scheme
Screensaver
Icons
etc
