I recently bought an LG VX8300 and the Music Essentials kit. Upon opening it, I broke the software that came with it, which I later find out is nothing more than Windows Media Player 10 and something called "LG CDMA USB Modem". I have WMP and all of my music is on there, but every time I try to sync it with my phone it says I need "LG CDMA USB Modem". Is there a way of getting this software without giving Verizon any more of my money?

Go into the store....they probably have an extra one that you can at least borrow.

I already tried that, they told me they "don't have any software just lying around" and told me to buy the thirty dollar music essentials kit....again. I hate people who make commission!!!

Ok...strong hint here...when you opened the music essentials kit, the disk was broken. Get my drift??

idk, this seems like very simple software, you know? it's just so the damn computer can recognize the 8300's USB cord, so i figured i could find it SOMEWHERE
