If I had to guess, ron did not get $100 off every line.. unless it was a buy one, get one which is almost always available...
Nota you really need to go somewhere else! People overall use "their own common sense" not some crazed individuals when they make their own intelligent deceisions.

okay, so my 2 year contract w/ verizon ends around mid febuary, and i get the every two year $100 off thing.
if i waited around till mid-march or so, (not using the every two year new phone plan) then could i still particiate and use it then instead of right after my contract ends?
