What are you talking about? The W600 doesn't have a memory card slot. It has 256MB built-in.

Ohhhhhhhhhhh.What About W800i.Can We upgrade That One.i mean can we change the memory card on that.or it also built into it.

The w800 has a slot for Memory Stick Pro Duo cards, it's at the bottom of the phone if I recall correctly.

Yes you can. You can go up to 2GB.
