can someone please help me. i just got the new muziq by lg (lx 570) and i am trying to use bitpim to send ringtones to my phone. since this phone is brand new, bitpim does not have an option to select it as a phone and so i used other cdma and it did not detect my phone. (and yes my phone is connected to my pc via usb)

you can get free ringtones and make your own at the phonezoo website.

I've only had my chocolate for a month or so and I've not very technologically "advanced" to begin with. I tried your method spunko but it said my message failed to send. I think i might be saving the file wrong or maybe attaching it to my message wrong. can someone sort of lay out this email process to me step by step and tell me how to save it and attach it to me email and everything.
Someone please help, thanks.

I did the email thing and when it gets to my pc it says save sound error.
I used audacity to edit the ringtone and used the lame add in to export the mp3. then mailed it to myself.
any clues? I have no idea.
Thank you! I appreciate the help!
