well don't get me wrong i know the people with the dumb questions keeps us in jobs. But there are some people that just don't need a phone like back when i was a care rep not a tech rep i had a guy who needed help with setting up his vm i explaind what needed to be done before he called vm to set it up an hour later and may attempts later to edu the cust he still was not understand that the vm is not a voice autmated system that to enter in his new password he had to press the keypad on the phone not speak it into the mic
