I currently use an unlocked Nokia 6220i and have used it on TMobile for over a year now. I never had any issues until recently. Phone calls are forwarding to VM on their own. I have a setting my phone to do so if I choose but never use it. I know two other people here in my area this is happening to. Today I purchased a prepaid Cingular SIM and so far no forwarding. Who can I contact to have this investigated further. I paid good money for my phone and now am 80% sure it's TMobile not my phone. Any suggestions?

Any chance you are connected to data services like tzones when this is happening?

If your question is does it only happen when I am on TZones -- the answer is no.

If your question is does it forward on it's own after I have hit TZones -- the answer is no.

The only time I use TZones is at night but the forwarding happens during the day and it is always random.

None at all. I do know that it seems to happen when I end up with no service and then the service pops back on. I should also mention we are next to an Army base icon_alien.gif and who knows what goes on over there icon_lol.gif BUT I will say that since I put the Cingular Pre-paid card in calls have NOT rolled to VM on their own. I also deleted all the settings and resent them using http://nokiags.wdsglobal.com/us/usstandard?siteLanguageId=275 and not http://tmobileus.wdsglobal.com/phonefirst could that make a difference? Is there possibly an internal battery that needs replacing? Do you think maybe the phone needs to be reset or flashed (not sure what they call it or how to do it). At this point I did purchase a new phone and I am hoping it will arrive next week. I'm just sad icon_sad.gif because I LOVE my phone and hate to part with it because it doesn't want to work right after being on the exact name network for a year without issues and now poof -- malfunction. BTW TMobile did flash my voicemail but I never did have to re-record my message so I do not know if that worked. They cannot help because according to TMobile it is my phone.

After your last post I'm thinking you could just have no signal or low signal. How many tmobile bars do you have with your tmobile sim card?

I have them all and make all the outgoing calls I want only incoming calls forward to voice mail. And with the Cingular pre-paid SIM in the phone for three days now they have not forwarded at all. This is why I think it's a Network issue because two other people I know here it's happening to on their phone. TMobile just keeps insisting it's my phone when I now know it is not.

I'm thinking it may be a signal issue since you are close to an army base and I am aware with previous issues with phones near army bases. Go to compass.t-mobile.com and check your coverage level and let me know what it should be. If it is supposed to be more than 1 bar, go to mytmobile and send an email to customer service about bad signal. I have auctually had good results with cs on fixing coverage issues.

Thanks! I just tried and they're having web issues. But I will keep trying.

I guess I'm not the only one. Tucson is my nearest TMobile store.
